Refund policy

All hair extensions are final sale once opened. We cannot accept returns on hair that has been:

• Opened

• Installed

• Brushed or combed

• Shampooed or washed

• Cut, colored, or altered in any way

Once the security tie or packaging seal is removed, the item becomes final sale.

All wigs are final sale. Because they are pre-styled, pre-colored, customized, and handled during preparation, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Returns are accepted on completely unopened, unused hair within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued only after inspection. Items not returned in acceptable condition will not be refunded.
