Shipping policy

We have a standard 24–48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders.

Processing time may be extended during sales or holidays.

No shipments will take place on weekends or holidays.

Shipping timeframes vary based on the method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Christol Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Christol Hair is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Carrier delays

• Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
