Order Acceptance

Christol Hair may cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or incomplete information. Customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.

Product Variations

Because hair is natural, slight variations in curl, color, or texture may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.

Liability

Christol Hair is not responsible for:

• Improper installation

• Damage from bleaching, coloring, or chemical processing

• Heat damage

• Allergic reactions

• Improper maintenance

• Any outcome once the hair is opened or altered

Once the product is opened or modified, Christol Hair is no longer liable.
